Why I cannot post a reply at Eddie's giveaway post?

I cannot find the post a reply options when I open Eddie's streamimg giveaway post. But others can still post at the same time .

I don't think it's fair.

you only have 3 post count. you need 10 to be able to reply. they might have change the rules on eddie's stream
