I heard the multi-insurance was supposed to be payout on the 24th or 25th ... so i heard yes from support.. but but then i saw this........ Isnt the end of game week next monday??????

Sunday was the end of the game week in question, and new game week has just ended today in Germany while the next game week will commence on friday, I think the might the still be finalizing the eligible players before distributing the rewards.
