How is the rain system calculated?

I'm confused about the rain system, is it for active members, members who follow the rain giver or random?

Hello there.

Rain is determined by a computer generated algorithm that is affected by players activity in chat and wager activity. All you need is to stay active and wager. It's important to have bets visible to public in order to be able to receive rain. I'm sure that you will receive rain if you have done all the requests. Also, spamming in chat will lessen your chances to receive rain.

Sometimes, I receive rain even when am not active on chat and busy with my gambling. It says that you can also receive rain if you are wagering.

Same players are left out of it, they secretly banned players if you spam chat too much.
