In chat !roll commands

I am not sure if PD has it or not,                                                                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
However I think it would be great adding a in chat command that will roll a number between 0 and x (or just 100 to make it simple...)                                          
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
There would be a multitude of reason for this would. I think it would be fun, I can totally see 2 people wagering over a amount even. Such as 2 people may decided to do a PvP wager, and each gets 1 roll... who ever rolls highest would have to be tipped by the other user (as they would have won, if that was in fact the game they were playing[highest number])
