akki785 Posted December 20, 2017 #1 Posted December 20, 2017 Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are making big headlines these days. Investors are piling in, there are stories of life-changing gains, and Venezuela and Russia are looking into crypto-backed currencies. Even though Bitcoin could be in a bubble, cryptocurrencies are definitely not, and in our opinion, they’re simply societies’ next evolution of money itself. Speaking to the typical financial planner, you would get the impression that our monetary system and its currency are in a constant state. I personally get annoyed at how stupid and ridiculous it is for the financial industry to obsess over how many dollars a baby will need to retire… The math and model for future retirees is a complete joke that has so many bad assumptions that there’s too many to even mention. The future is happening now, and 2025, 2050, and beyond will look radically different from today.
suresh Posted December 20, 2017 #2 Posted December 20, 2017 Why Crypto currencies are not bubble? when Bitcoin is Bubble. I don't think Bitcoin and other Crypto currencies will remain more than 10 years as their end will be soon. Can you tell what is the different between Bitcoin and other coins?

I am no expert but i think other coins are made on different algorithms and all made for different reasons. Some are scams but some are legit and could actually be possible for using money itself in the future.

Coins are considered a bubble because they are not backed by anything, their price is groundless. This is my opinion.
Snike Posted December 20, 2017 #5 Posted December 20, 2017 I always think about this... You purchase almost every altcoin/cryptocurrency with bitcoin. So if bitcoin is in a bubble and it pops. All the crypto pops with it doesnt it?

Yeh it sort of has a knock-on effect, People will thing the cryptocurrency they are invested in will go to bad prices so they pull out causing a chain effect.
akki785 Posted December 20, 2017 Author #7 Posted December 20, 2017 By saying bitcoin is in bubble, I'm meaning that, it's in a continues rise(pump) right now. So, at some point, it'll surely crush(dump). And then we can say that the bubble is burst. I hope I can make you understand.
