Suggestion for a Digital drawing book?

My sister is having her birthday in October and I would like to gift her a digital drawing book?, if I may call it.

She has recently started drawing web comics, digital art etc, if you know what I mean. Since she enjoys doing it,  I would like her to pursue this thing as a career path if possible.
