Well I don’t get any stake promotion emails and it can’t be fixed according to eddie and support so I have to ask about the bonuses. When I ask about the pre-monthly that went out yesterday they tell me it’s already on my account as a reload when my reloads been the same the last 6 days when eddie put it there for 7 days as always. They just say whatever they can to get u off the line

I am not sure, but if allowed, why not create a new account? That way you can get your daily reload for your old account and premonthly for the new one, I think. Forgive me if I am wrong. I have also reached out to support a few times and they have been great so far, especially Mara, Maja and Darko. Have a great Sunday mate.
fdokfo Posted September 13, 2020 #3 Posted September 13, 2020 Understand a few points here and hopefully you get the answer. 1- Even my reloads were same but when I clicked the link on the email of pre-monthly bonus, I actually got around 600 TRX so maybe you also got a similar coupon. 2- The support is one reason I am here despite so many other casinos & sportsbook so if you are blaming them surely there is a confusion or maybe beyond their reach to help you out like you said even Eddie cannot fix it, then how will support fix it I mean. Saying things like this publicly will never help your case and as long as you are getting the bonuses you should be fine. Also look bonuses are something they give as an appreciation for our gameplay and not something we should complain about if minor problems occur at times. Just my opinion and I hope I don't offend you in any way.
sighog Posted September 14, 2020 #4 Posted September 14, 2020 so you can't get email either? Wth man...I have been strugging with support trying to get this solved for 6 weeks now. I don't get emails, therefore if a coupon shows up in my email I never got it. I wish they would let us just create another account an transfer our stats to get email working again.

They just say whatever they can to get u off the line That's so strange I wonder why your not receiving the emails?? Perhaps you never confirmed your confirmation email when you signed up. I know in terms of the coupon for players already receiving reload bonuses throughout the week, then any email bonus sent out the player receives a lump sum. Sorry to hear that man, I no it can be distracting especially when your spending a lot of money at the casino. I would just make a new account and start over. I know that's sucks but at least you would receive what's owed

I believe there was some misunderstanding between you and the support agent you talked to, therefore we came to this unpleasant situation. Anyhow, I am glad to see that the issue has already been resolved and that you successfully managed to claim the bonus. As for you not receiving any emails from us (@sighog as well), perhaps you could check if you flagged our emails as spam, or what else can be the issue is that your email provider is blocking emails from us. @Rille07, we don't allow that as abusing promotions and bonuses from us is strictly forbidden. If we catch anyone doing that, we will ban their account(s) for abusive behavior. You could check our Term of Service for more information about that. Should there be anything else that you wish to inquire, please let me know.
