neoooo Posted December 23, 2017 #1 Posted December 23, 2017 Hello , this scenario happened with me many times , i clicked on user name and try to click "Add as friend", but the option "Ignore" clicked instead because the chat scrolled up quickly. I suggest three solution : 1- Move the option of Ignoring users to "Account>Setting>Ignored Users" page , we can add simple combo to select stake user and button to accept the ignoring action. 2- Freeze chat auto scroll right after the click on any user name. 3- When we click "Ignore" option , pop window window show confirmation message "Are you sure your want to ignore the user xxx, Yes or No". [I recommend this solution]
Guest Posted December 23, 2017 #2 Posted December 23, 2017 Hello! It is a good suggestion, we will talk to the developers about it, but in case something like this happens, command '/unignore username' works perfectly fine.
neoooo Posted December 23, 2017 Author #3 Posted December 23, 2017 @IrenaYa , i always go the the Ignored Users page and undo the action, but it start to annoy to me
Snike Posted December 23, 2017 #4 Posted December 23, 2017 There's already a suggestion made that suggests a ignore user confirmation button so search before you post
