Menang Posted November 22, 2020 #1 Posted November 22, 2020 Hello first sorry for my bad English. Im Menang platinum 3 in Stake In the last three weeks I feel confused because my reload is decreaseevery week. Even though the amount of my wagers per week is more or less in the same range (2BTC per week). I had never experienced anything like this before when I was platinum 1 and 2. My reloads were steady every week while still platinum 1 & 2 , it never goes down too far each week. I have tried to contact my host VIP, but I got an unsatisfactory answer. note: within 7 days I didn't get any benefit from playing at Stake, so there is no issue my reload decrease because I won some profit within 7 days has anyone experienced something similar, or it just happened to me
kodark Posted November 25, 2020 #2 Posted November 25, 2020 yeah the bonuses fell, I'm a plat in primedice and received only 50% . Here in Stake idk though bc I'm bronze.
ashesh074 Posted November 25, 2020 #3 Posted November 25, 2020 may be possible cause of high price I would like to add here, Actually we players are looking at reloads & bonuses in diff way, we are expecting them as our new balance, IMO its totally wrong because they are coming to you because what u did with your deposits. if you are looking reload/bonuses as your new balance than Your original balance was managed in wrong way and u lost it, blame on game, luck, casino, site lag............ they are just excuses casino cant do anything what u do with risk management before making bets [thats other topic] All in all we should look reload/bonuses as complementary gifts If you are not doing good with your original balance than how can u expect reload/bonuses will do it for you 2 out of 10 time u looking them as a starting balance, than its ok, we can say its a part of the game but YOU HAVE TO PROVE YOURSELF GOOD PLAYER WITH YOUR DEPOSITS or U CAN PLAY ENDLESS BLAME GAME
mhayjhai Posted November 25, 2020 #4 Posted November 25, 2020 same with mine..if theres no increase on wagger it will decrease
fefestakee Posted November 25, 2020 #5 Posted November 25, 2020 depends on how much you wager and profit loss too that is what i've been told

mjayt Posted November 27, 2020 #7 Posted November 27, 2020 could it be u didnt notice before because the btc price was fairly steady for several months but has been spiking so much that the reloads have had to be adjusted?
Syztmz Posted November 27, 2020 #8 Posted November 27, 2020 To my knowledge, there is a few factors that could cause. 1 - Wagering - Obviously this is one of the biggest factors, but you said stayed consistent. 2 - Profit/Loss - This is an obvious important factor. If you are winning/doing well, I personally wouldn't expect the casino to hand me big reloads. On the FLIP SIDE, if i had sustained big losses, I would expect my VIP manager to look after me very well for that following week. Those are the most important factors. Without knowing the full intricacies of how they calculate it, there could also be a rolling profit/loss over a certain period of times that carries over and affects the reloads from day to day.

Agree, but like I mentioned I didnt have a big win or suffer big loss. Yet since platinum 1 & 2 I do same way wagering each week and never have any problem with my reloads. But since 2 weeks my reloads is decreasing 50%, thats why i complained
firewolf7876 Posted November 28, 2020 #10 Posted November 28, 2020 Hey, you should be looking at usd, becouse wager is tracked as usd. so if you wagered at 10000$ and then got with 15000$, it will be based on usd not btc and it will be less. and then next week from 15000 to 20000, that might explain it.

Like I Said before that my benchmark wager is BTC not USD. So when bitcoin price goes up or down it shouldn't affect my reload. here is the example : when bitcoin price is $10000 , my weekly wager is 1BTC and my daily reload 0.001 BTC ($10) when bitcoin price rise to $20000, my weekly wager still 1 BTC and my daily reload should still 0.001BTC ($20) when bitcoin price down to $5000 , my weekly wager still 1BTC and my daily reload should still 0.001 BTC ($5) thats what happened when Im in platinum 1 & 2
