Promo-Question - does the customer need to aplly for the "money-back"?

For the above mentioned promotion I didn't get any message/notification from Stake.

After ~52hrs I contacted the support and got the coupon-link to claim my money. I don't know when I would have been contacted otherwise.

 

My problem now is - I'm just not sure if I need to mark down and set a reminder for every single promotion bet I make or if I can trust in Stake to make it properly. I know they won't scam a customer for the 5 bucks like in my case however if the internal system is faulty or not well designed it may lead to some unpaid promos and unhappy customers.

 

I don't have a problem with not automatically receiving it and applying for it - I just need to know if it's the case that I'm supposed to or not...
