Can someone help me turn this strategy to Strategy setup?

I'm a noob and cant tell the different between every and every streak of so hope someone can help me

Here is the strategy

Keep betting with $0 until you lose ten times in a row. Once it gets to 10 times, it bets one dollar on the opposite color side. If that 11th bet is a win (after switching), go back to betting $0 on the original color side. But if that 11th bet is a loss, stay on color (after switching), and bet x100% , and keep upping the amount until you break even. Then go back to the start, and bet $0 until losing 10 times in a row.
