Ability to claim Bonus Promotions

How do I go about claiming any type of bonus promotions? Every time I’ve tried to claim any bonus I get an error message stating it’s no longer valid regardless if I know the promo code is valid or not. I’ve had friends send me bonus promos & can never successfully claim them either. Any input or help with this topic would be greatly appreciated. I’ve attached screenshots of bonus links and the error message I receive whenever I try to claim them. Thanks in advance for any help.

That coupon was for players with atleast 1 ticket for the raffle (Lamborghini raffle), which was drawn last December 12.
