Il s'agit d'animer et surtout de modérer, un réseau social, un forum sur un site internet, un jeu vidéo, une communauté ou une discussion en ligne. Les modérateurs avertissent les joueurs, régulent leur langage s'il est incorrect, effacent les messages qui n'ont pas leur place sur le forum, soit parce qu'ils contreviennent à la loi, soit parce qu'ils enfreignent les règles explicites ou implicites du forum1. Le modérateur efface après discussion et justification les messages d'injure ou de diffamation, ceux à caractère raciste ou incitant à la violence ou à la haine. Un modérateur se doit d'être impartial dans le débat, de tempérer son opinion personnelle afin qu'elle n'entache pas son jugement, et de rappeler à l'ordre les participants hors-sujet ou irrespectueux. oui oui

Well, i'd say I spend most of my "awake time" on the french chat, that would be from 10AM to 2AM the next day. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? The moderator's job is to enforce the rules, be fair with the chat's users and represent the brand (in that case, we're talking about stake) It really is important because nobody wants a chat "broken" by rules-breakers, it won't help bring new players to the table. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I mean, that's what I like to do. As previously said, I want to help Stake make the most out of the french community and I believe I can have a great impact. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? I have never been. Eh bien je dirais que je passe la plupart de mon temps sur le chat français; de 10h du matin jusqu'à 2h du matin le jour d'après. Peux tu expliquer en quoi consiste le rôle de modérateur? Le travail du modérateur est de faire respecter les règles, être fair avec les utilisateur du chat et de représenter le mieux possible Stake! Ce rôle est très important car personne ne veut voir un chat remplis de contenu inapproprié ou de personnes ne respectant pas les règles, ça n'aidera pas à apporter de nouveaux joueurs sur Stake. Pouquoi veux tu devenir modérateur sur ce chat? Comme mentionné plus haut, c'est que j'aime faire, être au plus prêt de la communauté et aider Stake a grandir le plus vite possible. As tu déjà été avertis, muté, ou banni? Non, jamais. As tu déjà été modérateur sur une autre plateforme? Oui, j'ai déjà été modérateur sur une grande plateforme de gambling il y a quelques temps. I love chatting with people and always act funny speaking with them but I know being serious when I need to be. Stake is the main place that i spent time on the internet... its evrywhere, on my phone, my pc, my ipad and also on my dog phone... he loves it. I'm on stake for the majority of my free time and I have alot. I mean it can be 8hours a day or more at randoms time. For my part a moderator should know the chat rules and apply them to get a nice chatting experience here on stake.com. He also can be a source of amusant when evryone having a wonderfull time not breaking the laws... A moderator should always try to help the best that he can to help others when he or she having some questions about stake in general and even with life related. Like I said in the beggening, im having fun chatting on stake but when people suddenly apears to beg or trying to get something out from me im no longer having fun... I get it that a gambling site can be frustrating but ey lets get it civilised so evryone can enjoy their time spent. I'm always trying to help new commers to stake with question they got on how stake is working and if I cannot help I refer them to support. This is why i want to became mod. Yes, I have been muted.. I never wanted this to happend but I spoke with them and evrything is fine. I never and never wanted to be rude with someone in angway. I try my best to be friendly. Sorry Ive been moderator on couples twitch channels with kinda large audience(100). Ive been moderator on a small gambling csgo website. Im also a chatsupport in a Bank companie that I work for but the support is Very very new due to covid we cannot longer have people comming to us... chatsupport might not be like moderator but in the Helping way its the same thing. I think thats all I can say :) i hope my english is good because I mainly speak french. I hope this will help yall to find a new moderator, I know someofthem are maybe more talented. I never really tought about the idea of being mod but at that point that would give me a purpose when bored lmao. i streamed for 4 years on twitch.. i type at the speed of light, well if others write a ton of infos.. i don't... mystery pick! ahah life of a gambler.. and is there a perk for being mod? never really tought about it.
