I think to base it on tickets is fair but save the not having to be a vip to win part considering not being a vip and winning is a next to nothing shot based on the way it was ran to begin with. I only realized we needed tickets to it after reading this because when I read u didn't have to be a vip to win I falsely presumed everyone had a fair shot. I think how it's ran I'd fair but just avoid wording that may lead to false hopes in the future pls.
