Family reunions, friends gatherings, parties and of course, the night before Christmas! Different dishes, lots of holiday traditional food are served whether it's hot or cold. Eat all you can or just tasting all bit by bit, the question is, did you set aside your diet during the feast?

gougou Posted December 27, 2017 #4 Posted December 27, 2017 after my baby's birth i lost 11 kilos.now i am 65.wish in some months to be back at 55 lol.although here in greece we eat a lot on christmas i will try to control myself.Beaches want to see gorgeous mothers again,espexcially in mykonos
