I contacted Support today as I had 3 wagers which seem to have taken place earlier when I was asleep ?

I'm just as confused now as I was before :

Use this link and see all your sessions, remove sessions that you believe are not yours.

Also be careful, because if you leave your account logged in on some device it can be abused.

Since you have 2fa no one else can have access to your account. If you left your account signed in anyone could have abused it so be careful not to leave you account signed in anywhere.

I logged out at 5:35am this morning.. I logged Back in at 11:14am

We suggested that you check sessions, so from there we could see that there were no other sessions earlier which means that you were signed in only on your laptop. In addition you have 2fa, which means no one can log in to your account except you. 

We are truly sorry because we can not provide you more assistance with this.

We can suggest you to always log out of any device to avoid abuse.

No, last session doesn't mean that you were logged in for 22 days, it is about different places where you logged in, and it is visible to you in sessions.

I am logged in from Canada at the minute. My sessions say I'm logged in from Dublin Ireland

I'm in Ireland. When I log in normally, It comes up that I'm in USA and blockes

With that in mind, how do you expect me to accept "sessions" as proof of lig-ins

How come it blocks you when you are not using VPN?

When I don't use VPN it tells me I'm in USA and blocks me . I have reported this before,

Right now I logged in from Canada via VPN and sessions say I'm in Ireland.. The whole thing is screwed up as far as sessions go

That's a cop-out dude. If I don't use VPN . Your server says I'm over 3,000 Miles away in a restricted area

Your T&C's also say that Alternative accounts are not allowed

We would really like to be more helpful with that problem, but when you use VPN we can not assist you more.

I haven't asked you for a refund here, yet you ere very defensive and trying to pass fault to me

Several of you senior management use VPN's as they cannect due to they being domiciled in restricted areas, Yet I cannot be helped for Using VPN ?

At no stage have I asked for a refund today, all I require is that these bets are investigated. But you don't seem to want to do this.. Can I ask why ?

Maybe you had unfinished rounds on those games. Many third party providers save your unfinished rounds for 48 hours i think or 24 hour not sure that may be the case for those 3 wagers while you were afk.

I can't imagine leaving a game (specially slots) unfinished .

Also if this was the case, Support would have been able to Identify this.
