3 confirmation ok.It appears in the blockchain. 

why does this happen?

Dont know bro but did you deposit into stake? If you did post it in technical and suppor section of the forum .  Im sure they can help you there

Stake is currently undergoing a bit of maintenance for the next few hours. Services will continue to run but at a degraded level.
As soon as the maintenance is over, balance will be visible on your account.
