Truble with cash out,who is right??

Hello stackers I put double bets one won and one alive i have the option to cash out but the site stuck beacuse ddos attack its not low money,what you thinking? I need to get my win money back or nothing?

As you have the right to cash when cashout available,  

 

And DDOS issue is concerned with stake and is the same rrason ur not able to cashed out, so stake need to refund ur money which u won.

All these big things they've been planning but can't handle a DDoS Attack. I had a sports parlay I wanted to cash-out but it didn't cash even after I clicked cash-out due to the lag. I don't care about the money but that really pissed me off.

They said to ensure players experience and smooth playing on site..

Hope they compensate players affected by the issues..

Stake knows mostly good sports players so they will do something for those who get trouble in cashout becuse thats not players fault

Same here too..not that big but atleast I cashout even small win for my parlay..

Cashout is for the weak handed and only there for the bookmakers profit.

If you make a bet let the bet always stand whatever happens in the match.
