Do we have to audit our own bankrolls? What the F-word

I had my bankroll around $800 and had won a few hands in a row - but my bankroll was still at $800.  Something seemed really off (it was technically at $820).  I bet $30 - which means my balance should drop to $790 - which it did - but during the hand, it reset itself back to $820

Since support thinks everyone is a scammer/liar - I recorded some hands.

I showed this to support and they say it's just a visual glitch.  How are we supposed to trust a site that can't even display/calculate our balance - but assures me that's fine and that I can go through EACH BET MYSELF to verify it.

This seems crazy, but what do I know, I'm just a liar/cheater apparently

Glitch happens usually when we play as usd/euro .

try playing directly with the coin it won’t happen.

thats why i wanted stake to bring in stable coins like dai etc or way to convert our balances in between different coins.

I was betting $135 a hand earlier and thought I noticed something.   I've made close to 10,000 bets just in blackjack alone.   To ease my mind - I'm supposed to manually go through and make sure things add up?   That seems a bit insane right?

Yes manual will be big headache and not sustainable. Stake should fix it

This is due to the translation of crypto to currency, keep your funds on btc or eth or what ever you're using and it won't happen. You can switch back and forth as often as you like.  It also usually shows the $usd eur bet amount above the crypto bet on stake originals. Good luck

also wanted to make note of something, Stake holds ur balance in the value of crypto, not when u  deposited but throughout the entire time which is something that i really like and sets them apart from the competition. Perhaps maybe the price of the coin you were playing in fluctuated a little bit during the session? Just something to be aware of

Perhaps.  But my balance originally was $820.  I made a $30 bet.  The balance dropped to $790 - then mid-hand, returned to $820.  Regardless of the outcome (whether I won, lost or pushed) remained at $820.     Crypto fluctuates, but not in a 20 second hand...over and over (as shown in the video)

the lagg issues that have been happening lately due to unfortunate characters trying to harm the site may have affected balance displayed for a moment or two as well till it cleared up, best thing is to refresh and reset yourself after any occurrences and try not to play too much through the lag, cheers my friend wish you the best
