Idea for less ridiculous way for players to access benefits early.

One idea I had was- What about having an option of getting level up bonuses a touch early? I know from talking to staffers on stake that it is a really common request, so maybe there is a way to meet in the middle where it would be good for everyone?  Maybe if it was  a reduced rate bonus based on percentage complete? Say I am currently halfway from Platinum 3-4 (I am), what if I had the option at this point to exercise my level for bonus funds and rewards, but at maybe a 40% rate, or even lower like a 30% rate or something? Even though I am halfway and would expect 50% the reduction is just an early use fee? Then when I do hit level 4 I get a big ole blank bonus of nadda? However, if I am able to return the early bonus before reaching a certain point, the feature is reactivated to its normal bonus sized self when I hit that 100%? Its like a penalized early access feature that can be reset if paid back into the system? want your level up bonus at 70% you can get 50% total what you would get, if you pay it all back though you will be again eligible for the whole thing? just a thought.

Stake gets the benefit of paying out those level up bonuses at a reduction occasionally. Downside being the effort and time needed to set up and monitor the system, plus it really would only be useful for players around platinum 2 and above I would think? So not super effective in attracting new players, but probably really effective for pleasing current players.
