Because we only have one volunteer moderator and the chat has grown a lot and you need a moderator present to answer questions and explain the rules, and I spend a lot of time in the chat. I am very communicative, observant and attentive

Hello Nenad, hello guys, I am Arthur known as idtuka for some in twitch and stake, ive met stake in august of last year from some cassino channels on twitch, since then ive been a really huge fan of everything Stake does.

3- A moderator has the job of making the chat piecefull, a place where everyone can feel fine, treat everybody well, speak nicely to everyone, explain what is wrong, advertise people when needed, guide people when needed, help everyone.

4- I want to be a moderator on Stake because i love Stake, haha, all the community is so nice, the streamers i most like are almost all from stake, i want to work with Stake, it seems a great opportunity for me.

5- yes, i think that was on a saturday i was watching Eddie streaming Megarace so it finished and everybody was spamming on English chat, so i was spamming too, sorry for that all a missunderstanding hehe, i was also knew, didnt know much bout the rules completelly different from nowadays. 

6- yes, i have moderated for some twitch chat channels a lot lately, i m very active on chats. It would be a pleasure to moderate for Stake.

3. Being a Mod of a chatroom is a very important and needed position. With Mods; proper order is established, monitored, and maintained. Rules can be enforced so chat can remain a positive and peaceful environment. There will always be those who attempt to disrupt order;  however with the Mod position, they can be dealt with in a fair and swift manner. 

4. I have been in a leadership position my entire adult life. I know what it takes to serve as an overseer in one of the chatrooms for the #1 Crypto Casino on the Internet. My superb attention to detail and the ability to act in a fair and just manner will help keep chat a positive and effective place for current users and new ones surely on the way.

6. Yes. I ran a very Successful Sports Group called TheRightPick. It lasted about a year b4 i went bust and disbanded the group. My moderating skills was great, proven by the 75 members who were paying to be there month after month. However, my bankroll management skills were a little sus, so it wasn't a surprise it all ended. But hey...it was fun!

    Approximately I spend 3 - 6 hours in Portuguese chat per day, whenever im in the stake i stay in the chat talking with the users (my native language).

    The job of a moderator is to maintain a good chat environment, explain the rules of the site to new and old users and make them understand the rules, help new users who are arriving and make a good and receptive environment so that they have always willing to go back to chat, do whatever is possible to solve any problem that a user has, so that he always has a great reference from the "moderator", and also be a means of communication between users and other employees of the stake.
    
4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
    Because I always had the pleasure of helping people, I like to keep the chat lively, because that way more people would have the pleasure of staying more in the chat, and also at the moment I am unemployed and I have all the time to exercise this function.

The time I spend in chat depends on the discussion that is going on. I like to delve into what is being discussed and when dialog is interesting I can spend hours talking about. I’m very active in the morning (Brazil), but I’m also online during the rest of day.

In my view the job of a moderator is to help improve the community. They know a lot about the platform, which makes them able to answer questions; They know the rules, follow the rules and dedicate their time so that others also follow; They know how to deal with people and make correct decisions in adverse times. They use all their knowledge to keep the community healthy.

4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

First, following what I said about the job of a moderator, I think I’m qualified for the position. I have a lot of presence in the chat and I know the history of our beloved chat.

Second, I am at least 2 years here and I have made some posts on the portuguese forum about how important Stake is in my life. I’m very grateful to this site, to this community. It would be great to be part of Stake's history.

The job of a moderator is to maintain a good vibe in the chat, help the users who have a bad day making it better,  maintain
users following the rules and knowing them. Keep the chat organized, Whose role is to act as a neutral participant in conversation and punishing users who possible break a rule with a warning.

Stack Portuguese chat is really pleasant, the community is beautiful and friendly and I always had the pleasure of helping people, I have the ability to keep the chat lively and advising players.

in my view it is to assist in doubts and rules especially with new users, it is respect to have respect, to ensure that a healthy conversation takes place within the chat, not to be radical enough to scare users and not to be conniving with infractions , having the attitude to apply the rule regardless of who the offender is, a warning before applying the rule does not hurt, does not remove the authority of the moderator, I'm sure

4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

particularly, my intention is because I relate so well in the chat br, I intend to help in whatever way possible, I see that the chat needs to move more, currently it only comes down to dialogs within the chat, some games would help to awaken everyone's interest and that makes people interact and be more participative, and finally, I would be helping at the same time in the growth of the site, after all, I am helped and I also want to help the platform.

yea. why would i lie? the interview would start badly I was in the chat once and I mentioned the name of the user who was in the hr, and I took mute, I think for 1 hour, only at least the person was not careful to let me know that I couldn't do this action, it was just this turn

do not. But I have been on crypto gaming sites for many years and I never put my name and disposition on it either, this is the first time. in spite of that, I see no difficulty in exercising the role because I am very observant I see how the moderators act and therefore I have a sense of what to do.
