Player Notes

It would be cool to be able to add notes to people in chat, similar to player notes on poker sites.

Let's say user x rains me $1 and I want to pay it back sometime, I click their name and add some text to a note. Or user y says daffodils are her favourite flower and I want to remember it for later to score some points. That way when you see a name and you kind of recognise it, but can't remember why, you could look at whatever notes you'd written for them.
