Different time limit suggestions for (Post/new topic) and (in forum private messages)

Ive notice a (2 minute i think) time cooldown limit for posting new replies to topics and making new thread topics. What I have also noticed is that right after a post/topic made, one cannot make write a PM in the messages section in forum to another user.                            
I PM in forum quite a lot and get  "New posts within a short time frame are limited. Please wait 83 seconds before submitting. " very often.                     
I suggest that the time limit for PMs should be different and not connected with the "New posts" timer/cooldown.                                                               
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
Im also wondering how many of you have encountered the same thing?

I suggest a 30 second cooldown for PMs rather than 2 minute and rather it being connected with "posts" timer

I havent really used forum pm that much so its not a problem for me but i dont see why the pm timer shouldnt be reduced
