Baller.Tools + Degen.VIP open discussion - dream to getting it live

OK So.... After watching the stale chat make my eyes spin after a huge rain happened I recalled that I registered Baller.Tools and Degen.VIP to solve this problem. 

I'm horrible at describing what i have envisioned ... 

I'm just posting this here as a commitment to getting this project going.. i'm alone right now on this one but am all for getting technical help or visionary help... i could use a visionary for sure
