Have you played the Adventures Beyond Wonderland game show?

Just curious how many players from Stake have played Adventures Beyond Wonderland and have won "The Cheshire Cat Bonus Round" and not received their payment for it? 

They say that you will receive the fund within 72 hours. Yet nothing almost a month later,

I played the game wayy too much and have won at least $100 worth of these bonuses and after 1-2 weeks realized I didn't see any of them added to my balance or showing anywhere on my account (they were $1-$3 ish each). I started to question it a little, being somewhat  new to Stake and trusting the games they have on their site. Well as time went on I started to take screen shots as just in case and find whatever i could to show them and waited to hear back from Support as they "investigated" it.  I was told to dig through the thousands of bet id's to find the bets where I've won this bonus. The bet id's I was able to find show nothing about the bonus just my normal bet and what I've won, No bonus at all or that it was even a bonus round. So I believe they are seeing no issue as I was paid for my win at that time but not the bonus they said (and i had to at least bet $1 to qualify for) I'd receive within 72 hours. So now after waiting a month I'm told there's nothing anyone can do. Lovely. It's been an Adventure beyond hell.

Other players have came into the general chat saying they also didn't receive their bonus money but I never had a chance to really talk about it with them.

Have you won the bonus and actually received it? or are you still waiting?

Did you get told the same thing, nothing anyone can do about it? 

It's a fun little game and I really enjoyed it but I don't support people who don't stand behind what they say. I.e Scammers.
