Support Staff made me lose the Sport Challenge (Overbook - Dusan)

This is the situation:

I was trying to complete the Overbook Challenge from Dusan by betting on Total/Asian Market. As I am not an expert on Sports betting I was not very sure if my bet was OK for the challenge 

My bet ID: sport:8340616

You can see that Milan (Support) told me this bet was completing all the requirements for the challenge, so when he confirmed that my bet was ok I stopped trying this challenge as I show in the pictures down below.

This mistake costed me over 20$ (since my account is verified) and It was a mistake by support since Milos (support) also confirmed he made a mistake today after Dusan released the coupons.

I love the copy-pasted sentence of "we cannot do nothing about this". Those words literally are main words for being a support staff on Stake.

You can't trust what they tell you in support, chowe. They have no idea most of the time. Also, when Dusan put up the challenge, first he didn't mention anything about asian total market, then he modified. Nothing can be done. Good luck in the following challenges

I was worried this might happen so I did ask about the requirements in the challenge post, but I don't think anyone replied. I only placed bets on Asian Market just to be safe.

I don't think you're the only one who missed out last week. It does suck, but to be fair, even support is allowed to make mistakes. I do think they should reward people who bet on Total Market for this week though since it was a little bit of a grey area and a bunch of people got confused.

 

You didn't lose much though, I only got $11 as a verified member for that challenge.

I had my doubts about the challenge and asked the support if my bet would be eligible and they said yes, today I found out that it was not when I went to collect the prize...

If they had not invalidated many bets (including mine) we would have charged more, because there would have been more than 40 winners

At least your vip host didnt kick you out of vip battles because she doesn’t understand how to communicate and do her job properly. And then instead of giving a warning or second chance just cold turkey says go fuck yourself basically. But yet gives other people on the team multiple warnings and chances. Talk about playing favorites. And then when i email higher ups they refuse to do anything about it because you know, stake only cares about their precious streamers and whales. Dudes exact words were, “while we would like to be more sympathetic to every player’s issues, we simply cannot do so.”

I feel you. All I get from VIP Host is my reload renewed. Instant deposit got taken away, Asked to participate in battles but I never got added to the waiting list even tho I got told that I can be added to the list. One of my friends on Stake got a lossback, he wagered the same amount as me.  Platinums get their pre weekly / weekly after bronze gets it... 

They indeed only care about people who deposit everyday and wager on casino games

Dude, I wager like crazy and deposit everyday, they still are bad supports.

yeah i agree with u, my buddy got a random 1.2k bonus or whatever it was. all i ever got was a bonus for reaching new vip levels and on top of that a perm mute in the chat.

First of all prize was 6$ and since you are verified your prize would be 12$

Second thing is that the first line of the requirements was that you need to hit over on ASIAN TOTAL MARKET.

If Milan told you that you are eligible then he didn't see requirements as well.

Milan made a mistake and I'm sorry for it.

Next time double check with the person who made the challenge.

Totally uncalled from you kin77, I made a mistake there for posting it public not private before I could set the requirements.

So the smiley is making the requirements now? funny, next time I will only place a smiley on the challenge and you will have to get what are the requirements on your own.


I will review the bets tomorrow and see if anything can be done about your bets but I can't promise anything.

The issue was corrected with a new coupon in the last reply of the sports challenge in question.
