I like to do calisthenics as in bodyweight exercises ( pull ups, dips, push ups etc.) The only time I go to the gym is around winter when it gets too cold outside or it's snowing. I also like to play volleyball, but sadly I can only play it during the summer. Also I find swimming very enjoyable.

After that, I started lifting weights in the gym and had a lot of fun doing so. After all that I went to the faculty of sports and physical education and try all sports and graduated with a master's degree. In the meantime I got four degrees as a lifeguard. One for the pool, one for rafting, one for open waters(lakes, ponds and rivers) and one for the sea. Hope you all are exercising and enjoying it. Stay healthy and fit. 🍻

Good luck and good profits!😉 Yes I do, I do Zumba dance every morning , my weigh before pandemic is 59kg then after I started zumba dance my weight went down to 53kg😊

I especially gained a lot during the last two years. I'd really love to get in shape again. I was recently prescribed ozempic, bought it with ozempic cupon my endocrinologist suggested me. Besides, I work out regularly and follow a diet. I do hope to get rid of excess weight till the end of the next year.
