I am kind on the same position. But its not support its marketing... the will answer. Just wait.

we have different time zone.. it might be night time for them and probably resting time.. have patient just leave your message to support and they will reply you as soon as they report to work.. great job on bronze💚

Also, sometimes Adblock, Ublock, etc any sort of ad blocker you have will interfere with live chat.
