Kargai Posted January 5, 2018 #1 Posted January 5, 2018 A hacker purportedly breached the platform’s third-party password reset system (Mailgun), forcing access to the accounts of multiple victims. To point of the maneuveur was to access at the Bitcoin Cash tips system to withdraw the fund. It seem that the hacker had first compromise the account of one of the Mailgun employee before accessing a better portion of the system. Mailgun assure people that they patch the flaw since and that less than 1 % of their userbase was compromise. Seem also that less than 20 users were directly impacted by the hack (bitcoin cash tips missing for what I understand). Grifter Posted January 6, 2018 #2 Posted January 6, 2018 hackers are always a hacker, also they have many tools to hack any system informations. most of them are IT's.... but what you said they access at the Bitcoin Cash tips system to withdraw the fund, that obviously there is an inside job involved!

I cannot think of any other possible leads or reason also of this hacking happening. Theres really this mole being hired and is working currently in Bitcoin Cash company that is secretly leaking its datas thats why theres this data breach going on and been compromised.
