Guest hants1990 Posted May 4, 2021 #1 Posted May 4, 2021 My account was hacked today with 5k funds withdrawed from it from a mexican ip adress, i did my first big deposits today and instantly im hacked, i didnt get to set up a 2fa yet, is there anything i can do to get my funds back, i have the adress they were withdrawn to or have i just lost anything with no chance to get it back?

Or were you reimbursed the money that was stolen from you? I tried calling and I texted the live support to no avail. HOpe they fixed your problem and that they can help me as well.
Forum Admin Tristan Posted September 2, 2021 Forum Admin #5 Posted September 2, 2021 Hey, Unfortunately there's nothing we can do here. This is why setting up 2FA is paramount for account security. If you've used your API key anywhere, i highly recommend you clear/remove device for all your "sessions" under settings. I also highly recommend scanning your device for malware/viruses and changing any passwords associated with your account/email.

crisulu Posted March 13, 2022 #9 Posted March 13, 2022 There isn't much to do. The only thing you can do is prevention and it's good to remember that 2fa always comes before a huge deposit.
