Hey! Has anyone tried the new support bot?

 

let me explain ... if you needed support this year most probably you see the new support bot.

 

and no ... not this

 

usually you will see a standard message for your problem and a link , this depends for what is your problem, the problem is sometime is broke , like today i try to go more in the problem and i think i broke it because him send me the same message again ... damn sorry eddie :))

but now seriously, except 2-3 support members everyone speak like a bot sow standard ... when you go to support with a problem you want to be helped with that problem not a copy/paste a standard text and done ... i understand sometime is hard and in special for new one's but seriously eddie invest some money in training don't give them a standard text and tell them to make copy/paste is not helping anyone  ...

now even is a serious problem with stake is hard to go to support to speak with them because this copy/paste is annoying lets take the problem with ticket on new promotion is take me 2 day's to go to support because i don't want to see again that and guess what .. exactly copy/paste was :)) 

my bank have a new bot and that bot sounds more human like them (this is not a joke)
