Guest NBandicoot Posted May 10, 2021 #1 Posted May 10, 2021 Hello there!  I am currently facing an issue while trying to connect to my Stake account (Pseudo NBandicoot). This message appears: "Erreur Veuillez ouvrir le service d'autorisation (Google ou Facebook)" (Yes I am French 😄) I searched for help on Google or anything, but the Authentication service from Google does not ask me anything, nothing happens... Could you please help me to fix this issue?  As I am not able to reach the live chat support, I posted also a message on the forum to try to have help.  Many thanks in advance for your help! 😃 Â

French users will not be able to login via oAuth unless they're using a service that will mask their IP. We are currently working on a solution that will let players login via oauth from a mirror site at stakemirror.com and instead of being rerouted to Stake.com during this process, be re-routed to the relevant mirror site they are attempting to login from.
