Crash V1 would take up to 3 seconds to actually cash out once you clicked the button to stop your bet, I had 60+ screen shots of bets I've lost due to lag because I would cash but it would then crash in that 3 second window and I would lose.  I had another incident where for hours I was betting the same bet on hilo and suddenly I was all in for 2+ Eth and wasn't even paying attention because I had been in a pattern for so long, when I had been betting .02 eth for hours straight, bet never changed.  Had dozens of screen shots, support told me to prove it was on there end.  Unfortunately it's the nature of the beast when online gambling...I'm pretty sure they have some sort of ToS that covers stuff to protect the site in these situations.

I'm on your side here dex but I just wonder if they can turn around and say it's your issue potential browser crashing not communicating with the server correctly arrange of different technical issues, but they could throw that out there to exonerate themselves from technical glitch which I've had myself numerous times!, the worst being when you click cash out and then it doesn't cash out and then it dies like that drives you insane!! when you playing like you're saying playing for the thrill because I set my auto cash out to 1000 because I don't know how long I'm gonna go for the ride I'm going to go based on feel. Bus route players really need to have everything in Check based on our hardware, software, internet Communications speeds, connection eccetera because it's so many different things that could be going on whether it's high CPU usage on the device due to multiple tabs or other goings on in the background. So if you do want to continue down this game I think it's worth having a real good look at what your set up is like. I'm not sure how technical you are I'll be happy to give you some advice or take a look over your set up if you like, my background is in IT. Good luck with it. And I think as other users are recommending, speak to Eddie it's a lot of money mate for a single customer it's not like you're trying to get make it up or you trying to scam the money back you got video evidence for Fs sake!

Yes I have spoke to Eddie but all I got was various reasons which I couldn’t accept. Those reasons I’ve mentioned in my previous post on this thread. Well I just don’t feel safe if such things keep happening and no action and responsibility was taken.

I think experiencing lag when pressing cashout is one thing but unable to see your bet happen and no option to cashout is another which is what I’m facing- hanged at 1.00x for more than 20 seconds while still on bet
I was quite optimistic as I knew I got a recording, a diamond member, wagered a hell lot with stake and I raised to my VIP. However all responsibilities had been pushed to me. If  such evidence isn’t enough I don’t know what else will convince them. 
Even at the very least stake could offer a 50/50 responsibility which did not happen and still awaiting for their team to look into it.

@DexthesexxI had another issue with the site lately and I lost a lot of money too and even more trying to recover.
I was playing on plinko trying to recover some XRP I did lose on slots, I was dropping multiple balls at the same time. At the end of the run the live stats showed that I did lose 30 XRP more than my balance was at it's max point, I did not get a rain, rakebeck, reload or anything else that period, so the only thing which is possible is that the win on the outer multiplier was not shown in the live stats, not in the betting list, ... I went to support, support said the problem was on my side, while after talking with other I was not the only one having this problem. Support kept saying the problem is on my side.
I deposited again (my mistake)  to try to make up something again, I noticed the problem again I went to support again, they kept saying the problem is on my side, not on Stake's side. 
Next day with reload I again had the same problem after a while, I noticed, I did send screenshot to another support and that moment they said we are aware of the problem dev are trying to fix, so now they say the issue is on their side, after they kept saying the problem was on my side. I said why can't you WARN people to prevent them to have this issue, now it's just an easy way to scam people in my opinion. But they say they can't send me anything back, because I have wagered the money, I DIDN'T HAD to wager the money if the problem wasn't there, and I don't care about the wager at all.
I kept trying to recover some, now I'm down almost $2000 and they don't give a fuck.
In the past you got even something extra when you found a problem with the site, now you're just a victim.

@ZangerRinusoh man that sucks especially when we have proven time and time again such things happen even with solid prove they take 0 responsibility. I have 3 more videos on 16th May showing crash lagged however those where smaller amounts of $200.

1) total deniability by stake by stake however happened to many users

2) setting a take profit yes it’s safe however that shouldn’t be an excuse as that isn’t how crash works, I’m sure many crash lovers like the thrill to cashout based on feel and ride the wave that being said in my case a cashout wasn’t available to even press.

3)being able to press cashout and lost due to a lag could really be due to a lag however with not cashout button? Really?

4) yes we are gamblers and sometimes we win sometimes we lose and i take it as an experience and it’s all for fun however if something happens and the casino wants nothing to do with it and comes up with various reasons so that they don’t have to do a refund or any sort of reimbursement for an incident. Where’s the integrity and customer service? 
 

I think if this keeps happening I would be worried for all crash players and it’s either stake removes crash or stake puts a disclaimer on crash. 
still waiting for my vip to get back to me on this issue.

But yeah I'm having a problem with the crash and also roulette too but it makes me not even want to play because in crash when I miss or I cash out too quick and the multiplier goes up to 4000x there's no lag whatsoever I just have to sit there and watch it but when I'm it seems like when I'm actually in the hand I'm going to stay with it seems like a lag out and by the time refresh the page and everything my my BET's gone and then I usually miss the hand right after that as well it won't let me and it just so happens that it just turns out to be either big hands or I wanted to press the cash out button but the whole page was is froze but yeah I got screwed I bet I mean I bet a lot but more than half my bankroll and then that happens to where you can't even hit the cash out button is nuts because some people will say well put the take profit on I don't want that I don't want that if I want the 4000 x I can't use it and roulette I mean when I play really I'll start with like one ship and then every every turn I'll add stuff to the board so after an hour or so you know it's pretty like chips everywhere but they work for me and as soon as I start like really making good money and just like unbelievable I lag out the roulette board table won't drop the ball but it'll spin and spin and spin and spin until I refresh the page and I and I come back and all my different best that I built to and I can't remember them all because I had to add one here and add one there every you know and it just starts me all over and then on the dead spins I always come back and I am one not one of them I don't even know what the outcome was when it doesn't drop the ball and it just lags out and spins and spends spins I come back my BET's gone I don't even know what it landed on cuz everything's white clean all the bets are everything I read that button would be great

So I was playing crash again and I took Eddie’s advice and placed take profit at 2x. 2 bets back to back I entered bet and the bet didn’t go through it lagged again. Both bets hit 2x. Contacted my vip and Eddie about the issue however they have seen my video proof but no reply.

here’s one of the bets screenshot. As you can see already placed bet however when the round was going on it was still loading. It didn’t happen once but twice?! 
the last time I couldn’t cash out and was told to set auto take profit and was also told that it wasn’t stakes fault. This time round placed bet and set auto tp both bets hit my tp but says bet didn’t go through. Rly wonder what’s going on with stake originals.

also another time was playing spin and glitch happened. The only answer I got from stake was to refresh the page instead on saying that they will look into it and correct the problem.

why does stake always deny?
