Odds changed bet still accepted

Today i placed a bet on table tennis was fifth set and i have selected if odds change bet gets rejected. I cashout at 6-6 and during the cool down period they have my player scores odds change. Score 7-6. Three seconds after score 7-6 it still takes my cashout at 6-6. Can anyone explain how bets and cashout get accepted still when odds change and you have selected reject if odds change.

This happens to me somewhat often and nothing seems to be done about it, I just try now to avoid those situations where it can happen

I wish it would be fixed, only way to avoid is by not doing live or waiting at timeouts. They turned my cashout off because of it lol.
