Spanish Chat Moderator (maverick528) - Replacement Appeal

Hi Stake, or whoever is reading this in represantation of stake. Its about 14 of us out of 20 who we usually chat at spanish room but we cant find a way to clear that maverick528 isnt a MOD for us, since same problems keep on happening. in the name of all of us who actually make the chat alive, can we request a change of moderation? Nothing against him as a person I actually appreciate him in a way but not as mod...

I agree with this, it is incredible how there is favoritism in the chat with certain users and with others we hardly say a word and it threatens us to mute, if it does not mutate us before a notice as it has happened. He has also been given pictures of how certain users break the rules and turn a blind eye. I hope this issue is taken into consideration

Don't worry Humber, he will never unmute you, Appeals don't work with Spanish chatters, ask another moderator and they can unban people who made mistakes... Not our case. Good luck!

The situation on spanish is pretty bad, sometimes actions of bans has no sense, probably it would be better to add one more staff member, just to create another view point, that would be good, and all would be very happy.

Ah comeon guys, I know the chat from 2017 and Maverick was already here since the very beggining. I never found any problem with him, all the opposite, he joins, chats a little to keep the conversation flow and everything is cool.

It is normal to have some tolerance with new users, but Humber is a long time bettor and knows the rules very well, even if he gets a timeout, he knows he can post here and I'm sure he will be unmuted as always happened. No need to make heads roll.

don't worry, maybe if you didn't use the insult so lightly in everyone's chat,
  you would not have sanctions,
at least 2 who have followed you to this thread have repeated sanctions for these reasons, together with yours, sent to the moderator in their absence in the chat on May 26 9:30 p.m. to 11:54 p.m. server time, good luck with your proposal.

I appeal to this, spanish mod is really unpolite and abuses of his power as a moderator, you should seriously consider making some changes.

Nobody insulted you Adri3000. I don't care the relationship you have with the moderator but you don't have any right or power to mute anybody, so If you have something to add to this topic thread you are very welcomed, otherwise, stay in your place and don't cross the lines. I repeat, you are another user, not a moderator, stay in your place

If someone can see your mave chat history, they could see that you use insults towards us saying "the boyfriends came to defend themselves" great response from a moderator! And as well as his abuse of power on several occasions

I guess you are referring to Maverick, because I was not in the chat nor insulted anybody never  I don't know what happened, but I understand your frustration in the situation you are describing. When you see any abuse take screenshoots, Stake always have had the best staff and they take seriously who represent them.

I don't like insults towards anyone, you did it yesterday, your friend did it the day before, and as I say, two more from here did it, and one more tried a few minutes ago.
  The chat log is for something, there it is.
I do not like insults in a casino. And I am not a friend or favorite of anyone, the staff knows it for reasons that I am not going to tell you about.

Nice moderator! Saying that the user ReyEros PAYS us to "move" as we were hired by him.

That talks a lot of you maverick... so sad

 

Some people can't accept their mistakes guys, this is one of them.

One detail I want to add is that this moderator is hardly active on chat, most of the time he is hidden in the shadows waiting for someone to make a mistake and mute him.

Whenever he receives a public exposure he tries to change the subjet in chat and talk about another topics whilst he answers this kind of topic questions with a "I don't care, they might be boyfriends" "they get paid for this", etc.

He is never active on chat. The chat is alive thanks to the majority, which is us, the people against the injustice and in favor of the good moderation and humble from the people who applies the chat rules.

It's very important to be humble and embrace your mistakes maverick.
