i can not make verify

when i try to verify ... i get refused

i talk to support but tell me 

Your passport or driver's license should be on Latin form.

 

i dont have passport or driver's license 

only i have id with arabic information

 

u must accept any language 

arabic is my mother language and only have this id

this means that i will never get verification

 

this is ur problem not me

how stake can not know or accept arabic language

stake is number 1 in gambling and can not know arabic language 

this is big problem

Hello asanasuos012,

Unfortunately we can't accept any form of documentation that is not at least in some part English. Submit your Identification card, it must have some form of latin leathers to verify that it's valid.
