A note next to the "tip" that states what giveaway/contest the "tip" was given for

Im sure we all have experienced this and have been frustrated cause of it and also probably annoyed staff as well...                                
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
When we have no idea if we have gotten the tip for a certain giveaway, usually assuming we havent, we tend to ask staff, and get a answer that may or may not be satisfying.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
To avoid this, i suggest when a prize or giveaway is awarded, there should be a note along with the tip in the tip page which mentions what that tip was for.
For example I am not sure if I ever got the facebook giveaway, or some of the "feedback" giveaways which we have partook in,                                                
It gets mixed with all the "participation" being "active" tips, im sure you all know what I mean right?                                                                                
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
If the adding a note with the tip is difficult, perhaps a PM can be sent, in game or in forum, which confirms that the prize/giveaway has been awarded.

Yeah I agree. Adding an additional note on tip is very awesome suggestion indeed. 

I hope they will implement this.

I think being able to add a note to tip is a GREAT idea!  I know Just Dice has this feature but that is the only place I have seen it.
