Mukey Posted June 11, 2021 #1 Posted June 11, 2021 So I love this casino it's the only casino I deposit to and I'm almost at gold, I got the telegram VIP message regarding verifying account but I was born in the UK and live in Ireland with my girlfriend and have done for several years... I messaged support saying as I'm from the UK can I still verify my account as I know UK is restricted.... now she replied saying she has banned me :( I'm so upset I have spent a lot of time and money on the VIP program and now it's all gone to waste I am so sad.

I live in Ireland with my partner but have a British passport. Ireland is allowed.

Step two is your photo ID, which could raise questions.. But step one already confirms you don't live in a restricted region, regardless of nationality. Step three proof of address, reaffirms step one.. That you are residing in an unrestricted region. Not sure why they are being difficult.

Mintin4gold Posted June 12, 2021 #19 Posted June 12, 2021 Prove them you are residing in another country, resident card, bank account ehayever you can give them , visa entry or whatever, uk is not allowed due to govt regulation but if you live in a country where it is allowed they will restore your account, if support doesn’t tweet eddie directly
