Trying Stake out after a friend recommended, I had a Stop-Loss on Dice which the AutoDice completely Ignored, after working perfectly for around 3 hours. This made me lose all my balance. When I contacted Live support they put the blame on me and said they can't do anything. Even tho the fault is from their website. I asked for a refund and "Nemanja" said "That is not a website glitch, that is a mistake on your side". How is the blame on me when the stop-loss didn't work. I had set it for a reason. I had the auto rolling in the background and watching a YouTube video suddenly the ticking sound the dice makes when you win stopped playing. so I checked the balance and it showed me 0.00BTC. The auto-loss didn't work and kept doubling the bet amount because I had it set to increase 110%. Not having a great experience so far, There was no warnings issues like these could happen, Good thing I didn't put in more than 100$ because I wanted to try the website first, but still I'd like my money back. What can I do? Thank you. I don't really care about the money I lost. I'm gambling for fun, if I made a stupid decision then the fault would be on me I lost over 1k on Roobet. It was going smooth the first three hours so far liked it more than Roobet which I've been playing with for over 3 months. then suddenly the balance was gone due to a glitch. It feels like I got ripped off.
