Being a mod on Stake.com like on other gambling site is not easy for sure.
I respect the work and in mods position probably i will do same mistakes. (This is not a personal attack to mods, and maybe can help anyone to improve, player side and mods side)

Reaction to break rules sometimes different and depends on a lot of factors like:

- player rank (well money matters)

- mods mood (sometimes they’re just angry)

And other stuff like that.

So my answer is:

U think that mods are fair (overall)?

(Vote is anonymous and u will not get muted for express ur opinion)

My 2 cents: yea in general, the mods are fair, you have to understand even if you disagree, they're just following rules dictated by their employer's company policy... That being said, in direct response to the actions you listed, Here's where I dont think (for the most part) that its even a question of fair or not, I truly believe they just do NOT see MOST of what's happening chat MOST of the time.  They're trained on rules and thrown into chat to interpret them at a glance, and many lack the "known lingos" and certainly have no player history to go on. There's so much in that chat to take in so quickly for someone that's been there even a month, they'd feel like they're going a million miles a minute and from their own perspective, likely even accomplishing a tremendous amount, but from the outside looking in, longtime regulars, often fail to see their perspective. Cause often it may seem like they're just ignoring violations but they just didn't see it. In addition, I do sometimes believe that they're often focused on the wrong things. I mean things like minimal violations that are however easy to spot, dont harm too much (caps for example almost never go unnoticed or without warning, when they're in fact likely the least harmful rule to be broken in chat) Or even just things like conversing with us and then not seeing those things based being distracted, by us, and that's got to be tough, cause if they dont immediately acknowledge a player even just sometimes saying "hi" they're met with "you dont like me! . you're mean! tag tag tag tag why are you ignoring me!" etc etc. I think we need to remember that they're human beings,, not bots ;)

mods and just stake in general pick and choose what they take seriously.... They claim they have to enforce some shit because of license and regulations but lets be real...nobody is regulating them for shit. If there were any real regulations you think there would be countless streamers from banned areas?? Like are you really telling me that kingsmore making a 12 year old joke in chat worries them??? gtfo that is ridiculous. There are no "undercover" in stake chat trying to shut them down.

Well i usually don't care saying what i think in chat as when they ban me i reduce my play a lot and it saves me money haha. But let's just say that they never warned me on any ban i had and last time i was banned for 1 month because people in chat were talking about me and a topic we can't talk about. They were asking me questions over questions i was woondering why they so intense all of a sudden. Who are they asking me when i go live... i never saw them in my life. Then i said somethign about ya soon i go live or something to make them stop talking about me like that as i felt weird seeing people i never seen talk about me like that. Boom 1 month ban for promoting my stream and since i was "warned" it was 1 month.

I felt weird seeing them talk like that but when i saw the 1 month ban and stake management refusing to do anything saying i broke the rules that's it i realized that in fact it's what they wanted. Only needed a reason that's all. But well If you saw my depo sizes and bet sizes since you'd understand that cost them quite a lot lol. Fun fact is when i get banned it's almost always (i say almost not to say always because i might forget 1) it's when im barely depositing. When im depositing and ripping a lot and get deep red... i could talk about whatever they say nothing. But they remember obviously. Always a sniper mod in there lol. But heh the next prob is perma.. along with the absence of deposits that will follow. Wont bother much with rewards they all straight 0.

Thats what you get when you dont pay your "employees"

What? of course they pay their employees LMAO.. Sure there's a few "community mods" that are NOT employees,(I'm not sure if they receive anything for this monetarily or maybe receive a sort of bonus I don't know) but they step up and accept a responsibility to assist in keeping the peace, they're not required to be there for any shift or really do anything other than help keep our community a positive one. But, all employees are paid.
