Automatic bets stop before limits

When I play automatically it has happened to me that the bets stop before reaching the established limit, I would like to know if it happens to someone else and if there is a solution for that.

My autobets cut out all the time and I don't know why. Sometimes it will last an hour, sometimes 5-10 minutes. Not hit conditions I've set - will just randomly stop.

Would love to hear from support/admins/whoever if there's a reason for this or remedy.

A friend has the same issue. I believe it's because of DDoS prevention measures, sometimes it gives a "Please slow down" message on autobets and stop.
I don't know if the dev team is aware of the issue, maybe increasing the time between bets does the trick, have you tried to contact support?

I have only commented on the failure here in the forum with the intention of seeing if it happened to someone else and being able to find a solution.

There can be a variety of reasons contributing to why your autobetting is stopped. Ill list the 3 reasons why this could happen below.

1. VPN and/or connection caused a brief lapse in connection which will automatically stop your bet.

2. Your VPN has assigned you to an IP that has had hundreds of other Stake individuals using before, therefore the "requests per person" limit will be reached significantly faster causing you to be soft rate-limited and thus stopping the autobet.

3. If your CryptoCurrency changes by 10%, your autobet will automatically stop.

In my internet configuration I change the dns to enter stake, I don't know if that has something to do with the failure I am having.

 

 

I will show you some screenshots so that you can see in detail what I am trying to explain.

In the capture that I share below you can see the amount of bet in 0.00000163, when the automatic bets work as it should that amount returns to 0.00000100 according to the configuration that I have.

The capture that I share below is from my betting history, you can see that there is a streak of 15 losses and the winning play had not yet come out and it stopped even though my balance allowed me to bear more losses.

The capture that I share below is of the configuration I had for automatic bets, you can also see the balance that I had, the third condition of my configuration says that automatic bets must stop when a balance equal to or greater than 0.158 is reached ltc and it didn't happen like that.

 

All this that I explained happened to me with small bets but I start to think if it happens with large bets to do, that is, if stake recognizes what was lost or if it simply touches to accept that the balance was lost as when a very long streak of losses or very large amounts are wagered in relation to our balance.

really a drama a tragedy but also a nice comedy, because it's kinda funny .. on Monday morning Stake issued a statement:
"Brief Maintenance

In 5 minutes, Stake will start performing some database optimization. This should last no longer than 30 minutes.

Thanks for your understanding ❤️ "

these lags, error, autobet stop even on plinko every 20-30 rolls, really embarrassing and surely takes away the player's desire to play, no fun, it's not about bust or win ...
but it's even funny because the problems were to be fixed, the lag error was supposed to disappear ... and meanwhile, instead of repairing it, someone would spoil it even more ... it's even worse than it was ...

We have identified what's causing this and are looking into addressing it soon. Im very sorry for this.  Ill try and update you all when a developer has looked into this further.

This happens to me enough that I don’t like auto bets usually.

literally if i win 8-10 rolls in a row it stops me automatically no matter what i have the stops set at.. its for them to distract you and psychologically mess with you to throw off your game. just money making tactics. dont mind it and just kick it back in and swing dong.

that might be vpn problem.

When I play DiceBot, stake/pd blocks the IP address.

This is due to betting speed on large bets and the fact that my computer does not have a VPN installed.

As soon as the bet amount on DiceBot increases, the bet speed increases and stake/pd blocks the IP for 5 minutes.

Can we please get this issue fixed? It is very annoying and interrupts the game-play.

I request that the stake/pd technical staff look into it.

When will it solve? It's September already!
