xrflive Posted June 25, 2021 #1 Posted June 25, 2021 Hello Stake, I'm writing this post to release feedback based on my experiences in these two months. I love the Stake platform, the community, mods, and promotions are amazing. But there's a field which Stake lacks completely, and it should be considered as one of the most important. Communication. Stake has zero communication. During these two months few changes happened like: Moving benefits from Platinum II to Platinum III Rain wager increase from 2K to 3K These changes haven't been communicated at all, and users (or stakers) here find out about changes only from other users or mods/cm. Dear Stake, you need to be more transparent with your users. Applying changes and not communicating/announcing these changes at all sounds a bit "sketchy" or not fair. I hope you will improve this during the time. Thanks.

(well maybe they aren't the worst, but compared to the bar they've set for everything else it's ridiculously bad) And it's not like they don't have our email addresses, we get 5+ emails a week. It's ok to include the stuff you think we might not be happy about in some of those emails. Yeah people will bitch when you do, but at least they won't be bitching about not being told about whatever it is.
