Live Support is not working at both Mobile and Web version

I need to contact live support for promotion. But when i try to at both Mobile and PC ( web version), when i click at Live support, nothing happened.  Before i can do it easily but now cannot. So this function have error or my account is not have live support? 

I have just sent email to [email protected]. How long to receive answer as expect?

[email protected] takes the same time to reply to as if you make a ticket I believe.

Please ensure you have all your adblockers / popup blockers disabled. Ensure you aren't using a browser with an inbuilt adblocker as well. Then, the support button will work for you.
