FundamentalHodl Posted June 27, 2021 #1 Posted June 27, 2021 Hello, If this is not in the correct section of the forum, I apologize. I have been trying to get any kind of information for over a week, going on two in the next couple of days. Long story short, I saw on the deposit tab that ERC20 tokens were accepted, so I made a deposit. Turns out they are not accepted, but they can pull up the balance I sent, and it was received. The person on live chat instantly sent me a list of about 6 possible outcomes that might happen, and I have no idea what is going on. I tried to contact live support, and they offered to send me the list again. Frustrated after 3 days of this, I emailed supper, and got a message back that told me they were looking into things not to worry, and to message them with any questions. I did after a couple days and got no response. I sent another email I'm case they weren't receiving ones attached to the initial message. The response was word for word, the exact same as the first time. I have not been able to get any information, and I don't even know if I'm reaching actual people, and not just getting an auto reply. I have deposited over $100,000 here in the last few months, and my dedicated Vip host has been on vacation for the last month, and I can't get a response to a single question. It seems as you climb through the ranks, the worse the benefits get. I'm still trying to figure out why I received a smaller bonus for hitting level 3 than I did for level 2. Thanks for the support stake.
Takadhun Posted June 27, 2021 #2 Posted June 27, 2021 What specific ERC-20 token you used to deposit? And, have you made a successful deposit using the same token prior to this issue you’re having now? let’s assume it is a different kind of token as you won’t be having this problem if a successful deosit was made in the past and got credited. Now, you do understand that not all ETH wallets accept ERC-20 tokens, yeah? Bec, in my experience if such wallet don’t accept erc20 tokens, the amount you deposited goes straight to ETH token hub, you can still recover those tokens for a fee. You should speak to one of ETHERSCAN’s support on how to recover the tokens. GOODLUCK!!
