I’m not too stressed because it’s only $10, but makes me question if this is a place to trust my money with. How would I go about contacting support?

The forums here are not a good place for it as your issue will be dealt with significantly slower. Please open a support ticket and let them investigate this issue and/or forward you to the appropriate individuals.
