We spend 2 weekends per month in mountains on the country side with my bro and friends. It's really exciting walking in a natural environment with only birds, wild animals and soft wind. Its relaxing a appeasing. Its also fun doing night camps and sleeping in the wild its as exciting as gambling because you have no hold of what can happen etc. Traveling can be great too. and to an unknown location sounds really fun. Discovering different cultures and people is always a good therapy for what so ever in life. Cheers!

Oh so true ,same here i love hikings too .. sometimes we need to unwind with nature .. out from busy city , the noises, the pressure.. it gives relaxation, meditations and fitness too .😊

But more importantly far from our phones and any sorta temptation which comes with it. Those weekends are a good therapy to regulate my gambling frequency.
