My account accuse that im alt of my cousin

moderator of Filipino accusing me that im alt of my cousin,, how to resolve this problem? because support cant help me, so what is the PURPOSE of VERIFICATION??? But i've already  done my level 2 verification .. can you give me advice guys what to do to remove my muted?

Unfortunately not, you need to reply to the appeal in order to remove your mute.

Check it with yoyr cousin, and if it is'nt the same IP or pc, repport it to support , i think you'll do that

yeah, 2 accounts created on same ip, that's probably it.. (if that's the case verification lvl 2 should solve I think)
