Hello, Ive sent mistakenly bep20 and I dont know how can I retrieve my funds. Live support me kept repeating me that you will do all that you can and 30 days patience etc etc.

When you are on the stake website, look for the headphone icon at bottom middle of the screen -> Send us a message - open a conversation there and ask them so they can look into it.
