Do you think this is normal? Do you think this is fair? Why, then, is this forum gifts at all, if you can't win anything there, or you make them for yourself?

It seemed to me that some participants have some kind of priority simply and they are chosen more often, there are a lot of people, but for some reason, when the page of the priority player drops out (we will not speak by nicknames), then he will definitely be on the list ... I don't even know if there can be luck such!))
