Most of our community struggle really hard to understand and to express issues when asking to support. Translating tools just can't solve this satisfactorily. I also believe that this could go really well in Stake, this site already has a good reputation related to customer service. And improving it even further is just the most rational way to keep this position in years to come. A closer approach to our community also favors the grouth. More players, more issues, more engagement. The reason why I'm doing this here, is because we already had lots of conversations about this subject in portuguese chat. I wanted to make this public and visible to everyone.

sAik1 Posted July 31, 2021 #3 Posted July 31, 2021 I fully support a Brazilian member on the support team. I believe it would be a great addition, given that the Portuguese chat has many active users who do not speak the global language fluently.
GuilhermeSa Posted July 31, 2021 #4 Posted July 31, 2021 As English is an important and widely known language, many fluent people do not have this problem, but for us Brazilians, who are not fluent in this language, it is quite difficult. I've contacted support several times over the time I'm part of Stake and in all of them I had to use the help of google translator to be able to communicate, which makes a simple conversation to clear a doubt or receive help something more Hard than normal. Our Brazilian Portuguese-speaking community is not comparable to the English-speaking ones, but it is still large, united and strong. I believe that some support that we understand will make us Brazilians feel more and more welcomed and valued, as the money bet on this site may come from another country, but in the end, it has value.

For many, it is difficult to communicate with live support due to the fact that they do not have knowledge of the English, and in most cases the translator does not always translate the real meaning of speech. I think it would be very valid and would bring numerous benefits, as such, it would attract more Brazilian users to the site. 😄
idtuka Posted August 1, 2021 #6 Posted August 1, 2021 Hey, this is something that could really help us all, most of people in our chat cant express themselves and we cant even help, because even if someone knows english, we cant speak english in portugusese chat, and from the point of view that stake is getting bigger each day more, it would be something good for both portuguese customer, and Stake.
